All orders are processed within 72 business hours of purchase and will be shipped within 1-3 business days!

Returns / Exchanges/ Refunds
We accept returns for store credit under these conditions:
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have the tags attached.
- Anything marked down / on sale cannot be returned even for store credit.
- Anything marked as a "PRE-SALE" item is final sale.
- Body Suits, Bralettes and ALL accessories are final sale.
- We are not responsible for any shipping costs during returns/ exchanges.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoe box and in perfect condition.
- When returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box to protect the shoe box.
- If the shoes have been worn or scuffed at all they will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria that is stated above before you complete your return.
2. Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email, or on your packing slip) and your Reason for Return in an email to email@example.com

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! You will be charged for return fees or reshipping fees.
If you are local to the Frisco/Dallas area, please select pickup at checkout. It can be found on the final page of checkout. You will then be contacted with a time for local pickup as well as pickup address! All local pickup orders will be ready within 2 business days of the order being placed!
